Park # 5, Maidu Park 04.01.16

The first thing we noticed about Maidu Park was how huge it was.  We pulled in and had no idea where to go so we drove around and did a loop.  There is tons of parking, 4 baseball fields, batting cages, 2 soccer fields, so much grass and we even saw a skate park which got Cooper excited and he doesn't even skateboard.  We kept driving and finally saw the cutest little wild west themed park with a jail, a hotel,  train station, a general store and a little maze.  We were excited to get out of the car and start exploring.

Mom's Review:  This is a good park for younger kids.  The play structures are pretty low so you don't have to worry about your child climbing too high and falling.  There wasn't a ton to do.  There was one small little slide a few swings and a riding horse.  The rest of the park was more to use your imagination.  Cooper found a group of kids and they ran around and played cops and robbers.  There was a decent amount of shade and a lot of places to sit and watch the kids play.

Coop's Review:  I climbed on all the train toys and ran around alot.  I found some kids to play with. We played cops and robbers and it was so much fun.  I was sad there weren't more slides or swings to play with.   I told my mom that I wouldn't come back here again.

Cooper loved this little train.

Fun little maze.  It was too small for Cooper!

He did a lot of climbing since there weren't any slides.
