Park # 6 Central Park 04.07.16

Central park is a cute little beach themed park behind Nugget Market on the corner of Fairway and Roseville Parkway.  Cooper and I call it the surf board park.  The playground has surfboards to climb, wave riders,  and surf boards to stand on.  There are a couple of decent sized slides and 2 twister things to play on.   There is also a nice soccer field and it's right behind the Mike Shelito Pool.

Mom's Review:  I love anything beach themed so I was excited to come to this park.  There was a lot for Cooper to do and he stayed pretty busy while I drank my coffee and watched him play.  The park is all wood chipped and there are a lot of trees but they are small and don't offer much shade unless you are right under them.  There is a nice little covered picnic area with tables.  I love how close it is to Nugget Market and Peet's coffee.  The only thing I wish they had was a bathroom, but it's close enough to other places where if you really needed to go you could find something.

Coop's Review:  I love the surfboard that you can stand on.  I kept jumping on it and it was bouncing a lot.  I really liked the teeter toter but my mom was too heavy for it so it wouldn't go up and down.  It was nice that she played with me.  I did not like the surf board with the rock climbers on it.  They were too high so I couldn't make it to the top.  I was sad their weren't any kids at the park to play with me, but it's ok because my mom is sometimes fun.

Cooper loved these surf boards!!

Cooper loves the side by side slides for racing!

Of the 3 surf boards Cooper disliked this green one the most but he still tried it out!

Cooper loved this twister thing!!!
